ADCO Announces Two New Additions to the Team

COLLEYVILLE, TEXAS – April 16, 2024 – ADCO announced two strategic hires – Stephen Fucile as national director of sales and Krista Hallecy as dealer development and program manager. According to ADCO's executive director, Linda Robertson, "With our growth and alliances with key compliance providers, we have more to offer dealers than ever before. Steve will help ensure that dealers are aware of ADCO's unique value. Krista will provide several levels of service, from onboarding new members to guiding dealerships and compliance officers through compliance solution options to help them select the tools that best fit their needs."

Stephen Fucile began his career in automotive sales in 1994. After nine years as a sales manager at a dealership in Houston, Texas, he worked as a national sales trainer for a dealership CRM provider, a sales and finance manager at Lone Star Auto Group and a general sales manager for Austin Auto Brokers. He is the co-founder of Rebound Financial Group and a sought-after public speaker and podcaster.

"Steve's diverse experience and relational skills dovetail with ADCO's mission and corporate objectives," said Robertson. "We welcome his contribution to ADCO and the ADCOcommunity."

Regarding his new role at ADCO, Fucile said, "I'm very excited to be on this side of the industry, working with an organization that's making compliance culture mainstream."

Krista Hallecy brings over 15 years of experience in online marketing, first through positions with advertising agencies and later as the cofounder of her own business. She is a Google Partners All-Star. "We're excited to add Krista's expertise in leveraging the latest strategies and trends in digital marketing and client management," said Robertson.

According to Hallecy, "My vision is to foster a robust and compliant automotive community where dealerships thrive in a regulatory landscape. By focusing on account development and management, I expect to help clients exceed compliance goals, thereby reinforcing ADCO's position as a trusted compliance partner.

ADCO has bolstered its affiliations with several compliance partners, including the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals (AFIP), Federal Regulation Automotive Training (FRAT) and Dealer Resolve, a new complaint management system developed specifically for dealerships. ADCO administers the comprehensive Dealership Compliance Officer Professional Certification (DCOP) program, which includes the DealerAide program (Safeguards and Red Flags compliance).
